I pushed the “print button” — BasketCases is at the printer

Yesterday I spent several hours reading every word of the final BasketCases press proof and in essence pushed the “print button.” It was fun to see this project that I started approximately one presidential cycle ago in a bound format. The  book will be printed beginning Monday at a printing company in Indiana (go figure, some irony that a basketball book is printed in Indiana) and is scheduled to be shipped back to Minnesota on Friday, September 5. It will probably be in my hands (and in the trunk of my car!) by Tuesday, September 9.

BasketCases can now be ordered through BookHouse Fulfillment, my publisher’s distribution company. To order the book, click on this link, which will take you to their web site:

BasketCases will also be available on Amazon.com and I expect in Barnes and Nobles stores in Minnesota (and hopefully to some extent nationally), but most likely not until mid-October as it takes a few weeks to coordinate bookstore distribution. I haven’t finalized the official “release” date, but expect that it will be in late October. Thanks to everyone for their support.
